I've sent the following through to you already on email, but I'm hoping someone might see this here and go and look for my email.
I got an account of a guy last week Thursday, it got flagged (other problems). By Saturday I had success with Mark from admin unbanning it. I then went into the account and started cleaning up a bit. Changed the email adress, for obvious reasons, cause it is my account now. Then I was suppose to receive a confirmation email with my new password... NOTHING! Till today, zero! I've checked the email adress several times, and I've tried to get the game to resend account info, several times.... And every time it says, "information sent". So obviously the details that I entered is correct. And the account is still active, so it hasn't been flagged again, not that I know of...
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
I'm honestly at the point where I want to pull the hair out of my head! It has almost been a week now, since I've played!
Please ADMIN assist me!!!
