Yes this should be changed - and its not like people who started from the beginning are the only ones with large army size - any where over 6 months and i think most people should hit 100 mil and LG+1 ( a lot of war can change that but depends on the type of war) and over a year and anyone should be hitting 200mil +

Its so much easier now than it used to be and i have only been playing a year and a half, let alone how hard it was to develop army size before that

Increase the range to the top one being 450 mil +

even *I* managed to qualify for the top option and I havn't raided in well over year, and rarely farm.
