Email Confirmation not recieved

I just bought an account for my wife and chnaged the email to her email and she hasnt recieved the confirmation with the new password.

Please help

my acc had naq sitting out and was on ppt which it came off of...i think we should get reimbursed for this somehow?

Hi everyone,

I changed my email to penarudy89@yahoo.com a few hours ago and I have yet to get a confirmation. I will be sending a email right after this is posted. My ID is 1905725 and my ingame name is the same as here Rudy Pena. I will be waiting for the email,but for now I got my ascended account to play and my BattleCorp accounts to play with right now. I would very like to have a confirmation sent to the email above/one I changed it to.

the email confirmation aren't work, and haven't worked in awhile, iirc

there are a couple of posts about this on the forum

edit: i thought there was a post about the email things not working by forum or a mod, but i don't see it on this forum.. it might be in bugs or something
