Time is off in the forums, didn't fall back on Nov. 2nd

Looks like the clock for the forums "All times are UTC - 5 hours" is still one hour fast (Daylight savings time).

Reason for that would be as follows:
Almost all civilized nations do not use that ridiculous contraption.

As I can see how it is annoying, you could use a workaround and change your timezone instead, so that it matches the time in your area? ;)

Not to mention that it's actually more work to find the appropriate time zone, versus simply checking a little box.

You must have missed the memo where checking the 'little box' didn't do much to change the problem.
It's true, still on over here too.

Anyway, I switched back to Moscow (? Or Easterneuropean) time, now accurate to my own. ;)

As for the PST/MST.. that doesn't confuse me. Does that make me weird? :P

The problem of the forums not automatically adjusting for DST? So your solution to fix that, is to change the time zone everytime DST goes into effect, versus turning the DST setting on and off? That helps how?

How many times do you need to read this?
That little gadgety thing does not work.

:? Why repeat your solution over and over again if it doesn't work?! :P

Just "flip" that switch anytime DST goes into effect or ends.

That's done by presidential decree, isn't it? ;)
