It seems the ppt did not 'take' on a large number of accounts.
The new solution, is an additional 12+/- hours ppt,
(random from about 22 to 30 hours in total),
and a bonus 1 days income. It is not a perfect solution, but the best course given the options.
We apologize for any inconvienience, and hope this is universally viewed as a fair solution.
