You're not really paying attention... Even if you correct the chemical imbalances the neural patterns for homosexual tendencies would still be established, like the hormonal imbalance of acromegaly, after treatment the patients retain there physical characteristics, they just don't get worse. The same happens with depression, with all anti-depressants they 'stave off' depression but the underlying neural or hormonal causes return as soon as the drug either stops functioning, or the patient chooses to quit. Anti-depressants are only a stop gap measure to keep things stable while the patient is taught how to deal with the illness through more permanent means. And in the case of homosexuality, there are no 'other means' to deal with it.
