What is the difference?

I was wonder if someone could answer this question for me:

What exactly is the difference between:

Energy Attack Power Level
This is a measure of the pure strength of your personal attack capacity.

&

Energy Attack Skill
This is a measure of your skill at weilding your raw attack power.

Could this just be turned into the one thing? Energy Attack Skill and Level?

It's not a matter of luck; it's just a matter of time.

i think that one is sort of like stamina and one is like ability to use it.... maybe sort of like in main with the attack lvl being like weapons with regular soldiers but the skill is like the weapon with super soldiers except it's more extreme probably..... this is just a guess because i realy have no clue...

I was trying to make sense of it, but it just seems like it does the same thing is all..

yeah i dunno.... to be honest i've gotten kind of bored on ascension and have focused on main... now i just leave my ascension account there and build up a few stats now and then and i'm at the point where all my stats are higher priced for the next than my max life can hold so i basically leave it for a bit and am just gonna keep doing max life for a bit...

One would compare to strength, and the other to dexterity. So, let's say one stat builds upon your raw [potential] attack power, the other would build upon the probability of using the most of your potential attack power in a personal battle.

That at least is my educated guess.

i thought it was like wat someone has hinted too,
skill is how much energy is used and raw power is how much damage on someone else... or something like that.

My conclusion to this is when we can finally attack someone directly to attempt to desent one measures how much power you hit them with and the other channels the damage.

My thoughts of it were one was of the sharpness of your blade and the other being how well you weild it, like others said above. That is same w/ the defense. How strong your shield is and well you can weild it.

When I first read this, I had level zero in both attack force and attack skill.
I bought 5 levels of attack force, followed by 5 levels of attack skill to try and see if there was a pattern that would reveal what did what. Since I started with a 1000 base attack.
Attack strength. Attack Force level Attack Skill level.

I hope this helps determine what is the difference.
