4. no later retaliation by alliances

7. Min defence - 50b - when massed, posted on forum, you have 8 hours to report 'repaired' or you are out of war for the rest of the duration
8. no external funding - external farming is okay
9. PPTs - allowed
10. have fun ...
The only thing I can see is timing problems (aka when to run it) and the server war since there is more than a few of us in it and ... err lol... we are meant to be enemies for that.
