you may have surrendered to GunZ or deni by saying hey Im surrendering but the fact is FUALL has not accepted your surrender or Bucks surrender or Tyberzann aka Tom Twin or any former member of radical minority the only member of your alliance that was involved in some aspect of the war that has been allowed to surrender is law7441 as he payed a huge compensation for being a war runner ... as far as im concened the former members of radical minority shouldnot be allowed to surrender as they jumped in on both sides of the war nothing more than opportunists and scavengers raiding and farming the already well battled accounts.. surrneder accepted by half of the two entities of FUALL mkes your surrender valid only to that side and those not noted on the public forum have not validation as itshe say she say..

I knew it would come down to this eventually....RM set out to farm FUALL/TJP and anyone else before the war occured - many members on both sides relied on their names rather than defences to protect their naq. We were massed by Alpha, TG and Delta at the very least, again before the mass war started. We made it very well known that we'd be hitting everyone and anyone long before the war started....not jumping in after it had begun. Infact, the war screwed us over, because before it many of you had 50bil defs, with large amounts of naq out, whereas during the server war everyone got turn-farm happy.

Robe took RM off the server war, except for me and a couple others who wished to stay in, and I think this caused a lot of confusion, as maybe ex-RM members thought that was that....instead of needing to surrender to FUALL as well....?

dont care what you lot said youd do RM didnt participate util after the war began .. as for robe and what ever her crew is called nothing they do concerns me untill they delete and the war in my eyes started the minute blahh and zesh were allowed to return and leave from TLE and hit FUALL alliances at will

If I did not..then why am I not on the list's your alliances use? As confirmed by Tekki now, and then other users in the past.
If that is because of an error on your part, how do you not know you have made similar errors, so how can we trust what and who else you say is on and off there, as supported by Mordacks rather timely point of massing plenty of people who thought they had surrendered.

The forum list can have been altered and doctrine many times to suit either side with all the crud being thrown about between you supposedly well established empire.

I definitely now, rest my case.

For the last time...I was Farming TLE accounts before the war broke out...I only started farming fuall accounts when they insisted on attacking me...Twas not rocket science.

Im not all that concerned with whos surrendered to who and why and wadda yadda etc...Im sure all that infromation will become apparent at some point.

tom twin/tyber zann ingame. just to confirm what REK has said is my surrender accepted or is it not? As you both have told me on msn it is fine, and I went through the proper ways to do so a while ago.

Getting all the info now (FUALL surrender was closed at the time, so I bought it up in this topic here first with my intention to surrender then caught up with deni then you on msn)

I DO get SOOOO tired of saying this. Only one thread is germane to this issue...see it at the bottom of this post .

You cannot send 1 naq and be safe
You cannot surrender via email
You cannot surrender via text message, telegraph, telegram, telephone ,teletype ,telimagination ,telling your gf , radio signal , shortwave , long wave or live tv broadcast.
You cannot send me a message and say Deni said you can quit and be safe
You cannot send Deni a message and tell her I said you can and be safe
You cannot surrender on MSN
You cannot surrender to TTF and assume FUALL accepts
You cannot just leave your alliance and think you have surrendered.
Your mom cannot let you surrender, your friends cannot let you surrender etc, et, etc.
You cannot assume the above list is limited to the above list ( just in case I overlooked one of the myriad excuses I have received of late )

You MUST surrender publicly in the thread we provided
You MUST publicly agree to our terms
You MUST gain public acknowledgment by FUALL ( me OR EnterTheLion ) AND DDE ( Deni OR REK ) within the body of that thread

I frankly am so tired at having to explain this that I have a new policy....from this point forward failure to surrender as we have REPEATEDLY explained and then complaining about being hit will result in permanent status on our hit list ....no exceptions
