Search engine?

Why is there no attack search engine in stargatewars, that will at least filter out which people are in purg/normal/ppt/etc, or sort by treasury or army size? Has it just never been requested, or thought of, or is there a reason for it?

I agree with bigcakes. That would make the game way to easy for the more experienced players/accounts, and it gives bragging rights to the player that pulls off a great score.

sorting by army size would defeat one of the main reasons for covert...

sorting by naq in the open is a silly idea... it would be abused greatly... also, it would, as army size sorting, defeat the use for covert...

as for the other filtering you mentioned... sorting out such could be unbalancing... for example, if there was a list of all people on ppt, one could keep an eye on that, and steal naq the moment ppt ends (if owner forgets ppt)... same can be said for the others...

maybe, i see your point. I still wish i wasn't browsing through pages where half the people weren't even in the same realm as me, it get's annoying, and i really don't want to see people on ppt, that's a waste of time as well, don't necessarily show people on ppt, but i'd like to be able to browse without seeing things that i can't do anything about anyways, it's incredibly frustrating.

that's a relative statement

depending on how you structure your search you can spend an hour looking for good targets and find no one or you can spend 10 mins and farm a good amount of naq

Attack Search Engines is kinda a good idea. But again, I agree with bigcakes. I think it's a good thing with no Attack Search Engine, it'll make you safer.
