now i really like the idea but i'am saying it can be worse then we hoped for i'ed love my allinace to buy upgrades and use them in the middle of a war or what ever i just want to beable for my alliance to be able to buy them at a real resonable price not some thing that takes a week or mouth or YEAR to build up the nuh to buy and like we all have stated in our post that you keep over looking if the price is to high the big aliances well get the upper hand and kill us all

If the upgrades are all cosmetic then whats the difference?

And what your saying is you want something for free,,,, or much cheaper then anyone else. If its set by % then its the same for all. If you set it cheap for you then it will be massively cheap for someone bigger AND to expensive for someone smaller.

We will see what it is, if it ever gets installed. Then we can whine and complain about how unfair it is.

How about this... seeing as we all want some form of upgrade, I have another suggestion as to how the upgrades should be purchased...

An alliance upgrade is bought, based on the amount of members there are currently in the alliance. Then when another member joins the alliance, a bit more naq is deducted automatically from the alliance bank to allow the upgrade to apply to the new member. If there isn't enough naq at the time, one of two things can happen (up to you to decide which one's better to implement):
- The upgrade will not apply to the new member until there is enough naq to pay for the upgrade to apply to him/her
- The alliance upgrade is refunded at the same price it was bought/upgraded/downgraded to, and a new price depending on the number of members will come up.

If someone quits an alliance which has purchased upgrades for it's members, a small portion of naq is refunded back into the alliance bank, but not the full amount which was required to allow the upgrade to apply to the member who quit.

This may not be perfect, but the skeleton of the idea can be used and manipulated until everyone agrees with it.

no i don't want it cheap i want it resonable the price should depened on the size and income of the alliance ass a whole not some cheap price no if its cheap everyone well use it in war or not they well buy and buy and buy just to use the upgrades to farm and mass they should be as the % of income and the members of the alliance not some all powerful one price thats not fair to the little people you see its not all about you or me for that matter i'am speaking up for the small starter allinances that get attcked just to be massed away i've been i so many differnt types of alliances its all the same thing the small ones are killed off and the big ones make it happen the middle one like the onw i'am in now haug in the blance between from rise to fall and i care for all of them and for other alliances if this upgrade is a pain to the small guys i well stand up for them if noone else well you hace showen that you well stand by and wait insteid of trying to make a differnce when you still can you need to find yourself

So... instead of basing the price on number of members, we can base it on alliance power, income, and so on... and as things change, naq is automatically deducted from the alliance bank to keep the upgrade going.

We can also include a little thing saying how much naq each bought upgrade is currently worth (ie how much naq it has used up due to members growing stronger/etc), so as to know how much naq has been invested into the upgrade, so then you don't go wondering where all the naq has disappeared to.

Ideas for the alliance bank?
Personally, I think it should be used to pay the members of the alliance, or to create like an alliance base or something of the sort
the payment thing is because i use rankings in my alliance, i base them off the USAF, and it would be cool to set a pay level for each ranking like everyday at 12:00 gametime, they get paid, and just make it once a day, unless theyre on vacation

Anyone else have any thoughts?
