suspended account

hi to the sgw admin,

i got this message today when i try to login to my sgw account id=76132 "That account is suspended, pending investigation for suspected cheating."

i don't know what is the problem and why am i suspected cheating eventhough i never cheat in my life playing this game?
i did a lot of honest trading ATs and UU.

if it's the connection being suspected, i can't explain much because i don't really understand much about internet technology, but i can tell that i use connection through my GSM phone provider and use express card as my modem on my laptop, but sometimes i use my home phone line( i rarely use it because is time based and expensive).

please admin unsuspend my account because i never cheat and did something againts the rules.

ps: i'm sorry if i don't make any sense in my sentences because english is not my first language.

If you use phone you might got banned on the same thing i did yet again!

For some reason on a phone you can put more numbers into the withdraw and bank field than the game allow which then ban you! I think i did the same when i wanted to bank fast since i am banned now!

yes i did sent to that e-mail.

if the response slightly longer because of holiday then it's okay too, because i can concentrate on preparing for my wife give birth this coming weeks
