banned in ascended (i think)

ok i cant log in no1 can find my account and im not de-ascended when i got to log in i get this

That account does not appear to exist.

i dont know my ID but my user name is ~tackless shadow~

please help me out, ill try get my ascended id

I've never heard of accounts being banned on the ascended server.

When I try scan:
Search as you may, you cannot find the target on this plane. Maybe they took a vacation.
