spy them repeatedly until you get all the info you need

There is no easy way, regardless of your superior covert, it'll very rarely give you complete info without having to have spied about a dozen times...

yeah, when 10 mill spies can take on 1 mill and it still takes 22 attempts to get all the info, it kinna hosed LOL

It's even worse when they have no spies what-so-ever, and all you get is ???
