Eh? How did you find this forum if you didn't know how to play?
Go to http://www.stargatewars.com and set up an account. Read the help page, and updates page. That should give you a basic understanding of the game. If you still need help after that, you might want to head over to the recruitment forum and find a commander who can teach you some more.

If it moves, kill it. If it doesn't move, kick it until it does move, and then kill it.
