lets see what others have to say about MR. W.
P.S.

Hmm..I honestly didn't hear much about the US as I live in Canada..but..
I don't understand how people can be so outrageous about sending in a military to stop them from being attacked on their own soil again. The public thought it would be a clean victory without casualties? Good luck. A religion vs America. Who will win?
That's all I had to say about the matter. Although, I've never served over in Iraq. It must be tough..but..at least he is protecting his country from harm ever again. Some people say it's for oil, but I don't buy it.

I think the important thing is that the army is fighting for their country no matter initial reasons which is overly argued and tedious at this point.
I'm neither pro-war or anti-war but I do hold ideas on war itself and not to call what's happening not a "war" is very stupid to me.
Bush is a strange president but everyone hated Clinton after his incident but everyone loved him in retrospect after Bush. I bet the same thing will happen to a certain degree in which people criticize Obama and refer to Bush in a manner they preferred his actions or views.
Bush was a war president and the hippies will always hate war presidents because they believe in "love, peace, puppies and weed" and others will want a president who will go to war with people who threaten or attack their people.
Personally I don't care about America's presidents or their actions as it has nothing to do with me. Just as long as America stops **Filtered** up the rest of the world then people might like their country.

you know damn well with every president, some CNN report comes out 10 years later with the real reason for w.e. war started and why the president did what they did.
props to the person who brought up the clinton-bush exchange.

lol. they misunderestimated him....
but you have to remember that the media hates him and always tries to portray him in a negative light.
everyone complains about the war in Iraq, but who knows... maybe we would have had to fight Iraq 10 years down the road and by then maybe Saddam would have had WMDs....
and if Bush attacked Iraq for oil, it was a serious failure because we didn't get a drop.... though prices have been dropping recently
ps I live in California.

but will this be any better?

and would this have worked

personally i think he did an ok job. afganistan was something that needed to happen, iraq on the other hand needed to happen i guess...... people would know from my previous posts on similar topics that culturally i think it was wrong, but a horrible dictator has been removed from power, and judged by his former peers to death. regardless of right or wrong, we have a responsibility to there so bush not being in office any more might not go TOO well. barrack might decide that he wants out of iraq, but does he understand the responsibility?
this gif reminds me....... some secret service heads would have rolled after....... shoe bombs are common, and in an area like iraq where the combatants use crudely formed weapons amongst other things (i mean like IED's and such, i mean we're fighting insurgency over there......)
what i and other ppl want to know is why did the reporter have time to throw the second shoe? he should have been tackled after the first OR had SS draw their weapons and FORCE him to stand down whether that be through them instructing him to get on the floor, hands behind his head, OR a situation where he was shot by several SS members....
Shame to see a good man go.
But what can one do, leading a nation of generic idiots with few exceptions to that rule. Any nation who first clamours for a war to be started but expects no casualties on their side are idiots. Plain and simple. To fulfill the ludicrous expectations of a nation that grossly overestimates themselves and has no sense of self-reflection whatsoever is an impossible task. "W." is a good and intelligent man, working hard to do what is right. I am glad for him that he gets his rest.
I'm Dutch, btw.
