I think I started playing in era 2 or 3 with diffrent account so I remember most of history about Darth family.

Facts:
- They were accused of being multies almost every era untill now (well at least those eras when I played and checked forums)
- They never got banned untill now and admin Jason has responded to threads about them and had been monitoring their accounts and never seen any foul play from them
- Their playing style has always been the same, which is sinking in low ranks, trying to stay under the radar even though they know they're gonna become big farms and then pop up before era ends

I personally wouldn't vouch for them because I do not know them personally. HOWEVER I do belive they're clean. If they had changed and started cheating then busted, nothing more to say. But I still think that Mark hasn't done enough digging in this case and case should be reopened. The truth and justice will come out in the end and if my judgment is wrong, well can't help it but I've been fooled.
Basicly nothing will be wrong with rechecking their logs and stuff, and if the decision remains the same I will belive Mark, but for now I still think that this hasn't been looked into as hard as it should be, but mearly the facts about similiar names, same alliance and coordinated PPTs were enough (and honestly if I didn't knew these guys from before, it would be enough for me aswell).

And about the part, bebita being pals with admin so admin does whatever bebita wants, spare me the cr@p. How is it possible that I'm not banned even though I warred bebita for whole era then? Bebita did no wrong with reporting you guys because he thought you cheated, it's better to do it and you're proven innocent and you can rub it, in this matter, in bebita's face than not do it and you do in fact cheat...if you get what I mean.
It is not bebita's fault that you were banned, perhaps you do cheat and then yes, it was bebita's fault because he was the one who reported you and Mark did some digging and saw you in fact do cheat. If you do not cheat, the guilt is on Mark, not bebita, because bebita did nothing wrong and didn't pull any strings to get you guys banned but just followed his intuition and wrote what he saw and Mark didn't check hard enough so he just saw PPT patterns, names, alliance, similiar time of logging in (I'm assuming that you do login at approximatly the same times because I think I remember reading that you guys work[ed] together and you login at work aswell) and decided it was enough to ban you.

So I belive you're not cheating and the banning shouldn't happen, but the fault isn't bebita's, it's either your's or Mark's.

There is a simple way to prove that your accusation of autobanking is wrong -

once my account is re-activated I will post my attack logs - you will see that I was farmed regularly - every turn - the only time there was no farming was when I was quick enough to bank !

I can gaurantee that Admin did NOT find any autobaking script - because it doesn't exist

there does seem to be a much more plausible reason - ie Bebita was upset because he couldn't get my naqs and so has fabricated this accusation of Autobanking

time ( and my attack logs) will prove who looks the fool

darth farms are well known so no wonder that naq disappeared so fast after turn change..

and so what if he didn't bother repairing his def when he was online and banking..sometimes i don't repair it either.. and yeah i think that you don't really see when there "is something strange on your farms" ...
Next time look closer and don't jump to conclusions so fast.

I am a very tolerant human being, however, we have a word here - Honour - and when you call my honour into question by accusing me of being a cheater without any evidence to back it up ( please feel free to ask Admin for any evidence of autobanking !) well - that just shows me what a small and insignificent human being you really are.
