Since there is no war declaring I have to scroll through my attack logs every time I feel like farming. Very annoying. If you folks could all just post here that'd be great. (don't worry I won't be mean and post your name if you don't. remember it is just beta. we're supposed to try and break it)

You get 150 turns every turn. If you time it right you can mass someone with 300 turns...

It doesn't stop. It starts at 150.
Basically any turns you have left over get wiped, and then you get 150 turns at the start of each turn.
