Mobile defence

Hi

i have a small question about mobile defence platforms (haven't been playing alot lately )

Do they defence planet even if it has 0 defence on it? Or are they only a certain percent to the defence already on the planet?


Do they defence it as strong as normal defences? So is 100 bil defence on platform equal to 100 bil defence on planet?

And just one more thing, when does it start being more expensive?

every 100k defences (300 BIL) the cost increases by 30 mil
so 0-100,001 defs 30 Mil per piece
100,002-200,001 defs 60 mil per piece

etc.

I'm pretty sure they work like regular defences, even if the planet is at 0
