Over the last day or so, I have been experimenting with in game tips for new players. Because of how these tips interfered with the game I've opted for a more user friendly tooltip system. These tips can still be turned on or off by following one of the links in the preferences section at the bottom of your command center page.
I will be adding more tooltips as time permits, if you have any suggestions on items in game that could use a tooltip, or would like to comment on the new tooltip system please make a post below.
(if you have trouble viewing the tooltips, make sure you have JavaScript installed, and you may need to upgrade your browser. Supported browsers: Gecko Browsers (Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape 6+, Galeon and others), IE 5+, Opera 7+, Konqueror, Safari)

You are refering to the way you can scroll over something and it gives a breif explination correct?
