Why not use it for

Alliance UP factory , the alliance " factory " adds UU to members account.


Alliance at bank , the member that is apointed leadership can stock , buy and trade turns above the normal limitations to alliance members.

All these things would be both with the alliance naq and prolly be upgradeble with the same alliance bank naq .

I like these 2 ideas alot. The AT bank escpecially.

Whatever the alliance bank is used for it should not be an advantage to be used against those not in alliances.

i.e. if it can make members strikes bigger etc.

I only say this because once Admin suggested a bonus for Lone Wolf accounts. But he decided against it. Therefore alliances should not get an advantage to use against Lone Wolf accounts.

Although I agree with Lore's initial idea, I think the benefits should be restricted to individual alliances, and not to 'coalitions' as a whole. Diplomact and in-game politics are fickle things, and the players should be left to facilitate such arrangements on their own.

I already posted a suggestion for the alliance bank being a prize fund on an alliance war setting in detail and the thread was quickly closed by a Mod who said Jason had a specific plan for the bank that would not be changed

I always wanted the ability to spy Motherships sending in a special ops team onto the MS to find out its secrets techs/slot capacity/current volleys and sheilds it has. but then again thats me just wanting old school sg1 sneaking around hataks.

ok both good idea and i think would admin can do is make an alliance UP at half the cost of the normal UP so at 100k raw UP its 500mill per 1 so at 100kRAW alliance UP it could be 250mill per 1 but with this the UP is then split up between all the alliance member, so say there was 10 member of an alliance and then have 100k RAW they would all get 10k bonus to there UP

and maybe the same for the alliance mining. ????????

maybe also allow leader to set % of income to be taken away from income and added to alliance bank? if members dont like it they'll simply leave or argue against %, but i think it's should let leader decide a % (most likely minimum 0% and max 5%? 10%?).

As for bonuses... Imo there should be another "alliance market" set up, each alliance would get 1? 2? 3? alliance market turns per week where you can purchase turns? lifers? anything else? for above normal merkat price, but would also be multiplied *ammount of members in alliance, so each alliance member gains a benefit from it. Also these turns would be added to your "personal" turns that can't be traded out but only used for persons themselves.

There could also be some alliance wide upgrades. Let's say a base ammount of total members for alliance is 10? 15? and then with each upgrade you get additional 5 slots to add more members to alliance.

Another one maybe purchase Covert/Anti-covert alliance logs, to see what others spiedsabbed etc.

Maybe even send naq directly to members, but with limited ammount 500b? 1t? 1,5t? per week to same person, to prevent big abuse? maybe make it 500b per week to same person as limit, so leader cant abuse it too much

I agree, and thats why I offered "trinket" upgrades.

The 1% is basicly a fee for alliance protection, not a way to better yourself. Alliances already have that with open attack logs and the like.

I think all alliance upgrades should be trinket based and not stat based.

possible ideas could be

Empire based
allowing sister alliances to receive alliance wide messages
allowing sister alliances to see each others attack logs


Alliance based
allowing any member to send an alliance wide message
Gaining the 3rd in command position

i think beign able to "provide" 1 or 2 extra MTs would be a good idea.
Of course this would be like the technologies. for a price u get 1 MT alliance wide per week, n a 2nd.

Also i support the special MS covert operatives. but it would also require covert FOR the MS, so i don't know if this one is gona pass
