I have a base up of 40,520 per day and then got a planet of + 35,258 Unit Production.then my base up changed to 92,596.
Also i have a officer and a commander.
After i got another planet of about 16k UP.I upgraded it to + 27,339 Unit Production.My up didn't change...Is it a bug or?My officers pre up was/is 77,040.
UP bug?

Well the 35k up planet will only give you 20k as thats approx 1/2 your raw UP, now take that and rework your numbers and see if it adds up.
