Question about cable TV channels to North Euro people

I would like to know, what are the possible reasons in your opinion, why on the one hand, there is China, Middle East countries, North Africa, Russia etc... available on channels set, and on the other hand, every time I looked a tv with cable international, there was not any channel from Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland...
Does any of inhabitants from those countries know why?
By the way, there was German, English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Romanian, Belgium, Swiss channels...
