Why can't I raid

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

Why can't I raid

I have not done raiding in a very long time, who can I raid. I know it's 10x your rank plus 10. My rank is like 4409, so what rank can I raid.

You can raid to approximately anyone under 44K rank

I just tried a couple of people but it basically said no you can't. Could it be it hasnt been 24hrs since I came off PPT. Also I did look at my armysize and I am under the Raid limit, I have about 245mill armysize.

PPT would have nothing to do with it. Try raiding someone in the 30ks and see if it still does it.

I just went on PPT but before I did, I tried to raid someone in the 30k's and it still says, "What do you plan to do, slap them silly, come on". So is this a bug or what?

DAMN, either I'm tired or drunk, I can't believe I missed that. But I thought I did have weapons, well once my PPT is over I will make sure to check that I have weapons.
