Free SS for 1st Ascension

I've been reading up about what you get to lose/keep during ascension. I don't have full SS.

I'm just going to get it when I ascend.

I'm just wondering, I know you get PPT and the ability to trade with other players...

...but, do you also get everthing else in the Supporter Status Package?

800 billion Naq?
810,000 UU?
ATs?
MPDSD Power?
Bank Increase?

...or do you even get the Ultimate Package?

Just wondering...

It sounds like I don't really need to trade G&R for SS before I ascend...

... because I get a bucket-load of Naq, UU, ATs etc as a freebie to get started after I ascend.

you should get the SS BEFORE ascending, that way your loses are minimal...(you will also need some1 u can trust with SS already)

you can also get your ss status by staying in the G&R for three weeks, buying in the market section, and then waiting another 3 weeks to ascend.

Do it that way that way you can transfer all but the minimum that is required for ascension to another player. ascend and then the other player gives you your stuff back.

As in trading my first 1,000 G&R for SS, then gaining another 1,000 to ascend. Considered it.

Considered that too. I've got a commander who'll ascend just before me, and ascended members in my alliance. But I'm not gonna lose much. I'll probably take all the troops I can, then untrain and retrain them repeatedly as miners until they all become lifers. (Besides what I need to ascend)

I can take about 3 to 4 million lifers with me by the time I ascend. I'll only lose about half my units, if that.

Plus, if I get all those SS goodies when I ascend... 800 bill Naq, 810,000 UU etc, I won't have too much trouble rebuilding. That's why I made this topic, to clarify that I get those.

I used the black market this time to buy miners and Naq. I want to try it without PayPal when I ascend. I'm looking forward to the challenge of rebuilding.

i dont have to lose half ur army, neither make all ur units lifers, is nonsense, you need miners to untrain and train on any other area. besides. if u will lose half ur army and ull keep 4 mill. then i suggest u wait and get 10-11 mill army b4 ascending. is faster and easier to rebuild

ALSO

remember your UP, tech lvls (incluiding COV/AC) will dissapear, so even if u have high stats and a decent UP now, when you ascend you'll need those 800 bill on the tech lvls and UP. which lets you w.o naq for your uu.

follow the recomendation, 3 weeks is nothing, (and in 3 weeks you won't recover the 4 million u'll lose by not waiting)

you loose everything but your lifers. so if you have 10 miners and 5 are lifers.. you will loose 5 miners and keep the 5 lifers.. so basicly you loose every single unit but your lifers. and yes you get the bonuses it says you get on support the site page for regular 20$ SS.

You DO keep your MS, but lose all MS Techs

you could also have a freind just raid your UU and send them back after you ascend. i did that for a few freinds in the past but just make sure they got SS and you trust them to send them back that if you meet all the ascending limits. plus first time doing it you should sell off all weps you can, as with the UU and have them send it back. Just a ideal to kill the 3 week wait

That, my friend, is a great idea.

I've just fallen off my chair after figuring out how much Naq I'll get selling off my weapons. I'm gonna pump it all into planetary defences, since I get to keep those.

I strongly suggest you get someome who has gone though the ascension process before as some of the questions and your path seem a little worrying.

As the ascended server is dead near enough, then ascending with lots of AP is not worth it.

Selling weps and FLEETS prior to ascending is the thing to do.

Best is to use the naq from selling weps/fleets and build yourself up for next ascension rather then sticking into planets, that is why it, in my book better to get $$ status using G+R then you cana scend, broker you stuff to a trusted mate and get the supporter package and all your naq/troops/turns.

It is a win win.

Putting resource into planets is best done when you are much larger and have more disposable income.

ANY planet can be taken, so in the early stages use planets for defence/attack/covert/income and use raiding as the way to get UU.

Everyone does it differently but I agree with him ^

you need to have enough UU and NAQ built up to rebuild COMPLETELY within the 48 hrs of ascention PPT. When I ascend, I come out stronger then I went in, usually built up to the next set of requirements to ascend, a good strong def is a must. If you come out of ascention weak your an open target, and ANY planet can be taken.
