Wrong section, this is for SGW MAIN.

There's a section on forums for Quantum. Unfortunately I can't direct you there as i choose not to have access to it.

I can log into the game, but cant attack anyone.

Get this error :

There was no need for PPT.
Yes the resolution to the bug has caused some lag, but that's just tough. Let's not complain anymore aobut this. First people complained because nothing was being done for 2 days, now you want to complain there was no PPT even though people could still log in over the 2 days to bank. :shock:
