Top 5 predictions?

Hmm, I'm not sure.... maybe my understanding of how ranking works is a bit flawed.

I know I'll be behind in covert, but I'm still confident I can get in the top 10 for covert, unless everybody trains everything as spies right at the end.... I dont know about that, but I have a fairly good tech and skills there, even if they arent the best.

Also, I'm almost certain my MS is either rank 1 or 2.... I intend to have rank 1 at the end regardless, and I think I can get top 5 for both att and strike.

Even with that, top 5 overall doesnt seem possible?

I'm wondering if rank goes by total power, and covert counts most because you can get such stupidly high ratings on it.

This is my first Quantum experience though, and I've had fun anyway... not bad for my first try I think!

SLug if you think you can get a 10T MS, then maybe you ll be rank 1 MS.

And rank 5 def strike should be around 5T power

Last time my MS was built up fully it was rank 3. Im pretty sure rank 1 and 2 were Bilbao and Seijuro.

Seijuro and I have both built up our MS's a lot since then, and I am pretty close to 10trill. I dont know about yours Bilbao, but I built mine up in the last 2 days, and I think you've been on ppt.

Slugworth: Remember that everyone active will boost their stats at the end...so even if you are top 1 in something now it's possible that you won't be in top 5 for that stat at the end And of course now when market is closed everything depends on the amount of naq and turns that everyone gathered.

Lol slug...you are gonna need ALL your stats rank 3 or better to win this one...

I also don't see how anyone can build a 10t MS and still have enough naq to get any half decent other stats without cheating, because that is just goddam ridiculous.

And YES of course everyone will train ALL their units into covert (or more likely AnitCovert) so you will have maybe rank 15 or worse covert rank unless (as sleepy said) you get rank 29 AC (which is also not possible).

And because of my previous statement that i believe whoever wins will need rank 3 or better in each stat, totaling 12 at worst, it means that having a bad ranked covert will doom you to ranks rather sub-par to the top 3.

Just to let you know, as it is your first wave, you may not understand this... the END ranking (and infact ranking all throughout the wave) is determined by all your stats ranks added together...Example:

PersonA has ranks: att - 1, def - 3, cov - 3, MS - 7 = 1+3+3+7 = 14

PersonB has ranks: att - 2, def - 1, cov - 1, MS - 11 = 2+1+1+11= 15

PersonC has ranks: att - 3, def - 2, cov 2, MS 3 = 3+2+2+3 = 10

So even though PersonC has no rank 1 stats, his/her TOTAL is the lowest, therefore C will be rank 1, A rank 2, B rank 3 etc etc etc.

your army size rules you out. you will be lucky to finish in the top 10. Not to mention your rediculously small bank. I have more chance of winning this wave than you and I know i'm not going to even tho my army is twice yours and my bank, well i'll keep that one to myself

I think that I'll be able to pull it through and achieve my goal, although game being online and IF the time of reset will be delayed aswell definatly isn't good for me. Well depends at how much is the reset going to be delayed for, as if it's for more than 4 and less than 20 hours I guess I'll have to fake being ill lol.

Well fingers crossed that admin sorts it out asap and won't leave us screwed..If I remember correctly this had happened the last era I played Quantum aswell lmao.

Oh well, so much about the luck..

Hmm, well I guess you guys are probably right. My covert isnt likely to be in top 3, and I'm a little worried about strike. Like you said, my bank is small, so I can only build a handful of weapons at a time, and then the costs of farming goes up, lol.

Anyways, I'll be pretty interested to see where I do finish up, I'm nowhere near done yet!
