Confirmation on Spy Losses?

Just making sure this isn't a bug...I could see both army size and naq out on an account, went to spy, got results, but I lost spies in the process:

Is that based on their ac power? Makes spying someone you can see alot more dangerous

Losses on spying/sabotage haven't been working until gary just updated something, so play nice

even inbeta you would lose 1/5 of your spies on successful spies, thats why most just do 1 AT taps, the losses for successful covert actions were wayyyyy to high.

that just mean to not abuse the game functions, must use strategy to know when and how to use them

I have to agree whit the Big H there, the losses on a successful "Spy", just seeing them, not attacking, not causing damage, is to high and makes it useless. You going to waste 1000, or 10,000 spies just to see someone? Thats whats going to happen in time to come as the game grows.

So does this mean that what ever u do u lose? So mostly just farming is allowed ( even i failed some farmings i didnt lose units but the others have lost defenders he eh he... bug ??? ) anyway in this case ill just wait to see if Admin gets a way to see other players ac power or to kill them.
