negative naq auto-ban

well i have been auto-banned for having negative naq. i don't even know how that is possible. i removed 5bil from my bank and all of a sudden i have 17bil negative naq..... it should have been 27bil in plus figures.

can the admin sort this out please?
i sent an email too just for good luck.

p.s i can't supply my id as i only bought the account a couple of days ago... is there any way of getting hold of it?
