my officer just ascended for the first time a couple hours ago, but the login screen is not accepting his details. he has no emails about some activation password or anything :S

it should be the identical login as main, if it is his first ascention, and the account has never been deascended. If it has been then it will be the old ascended details.

You best contact the game admins because no one here can help you mate.
If it is the accounts first ascention you should be able to log in with the exact same log in info as your main account had at the time of ascention.
