You clearly do not know how people look for raid targets. Some people use covert to find raid targets, however that is very limiting due to the 100 covert turns, plus the fact you may have to spy multiples on one account.
Using 1 AT to do a test raid will give u a) their defence and b) more importantly their UU. If you get over a certain amount of UU from 1 AT raid then you know it's worth several 15 AT hits.
TokKo in my eyes is not doing anything because he got villian of the year or whatever awards he got. He's doing it because that's what he does... that's WHY he got the awards in the first place. he's not doing anything different to what he's done before.
Oh and acting all tough and then saying you'll pay someone to mass someone is lame.
