Problems with the ascension process

I have encountered some problems with the ascension process. Should i address them here or somewhere else on the forum?
To be more precises i didn't receive my ppt on ascended (if that is still valid) and i didn't receive my APP as well.

If you PPT twice in one week, then go to ascend, you do not receive a PPT anymore.

Cool that is wat happened, but wat about the APP do i lose that as well?
I ascended after 2 PPTs.

I ascended last week, PPT twice before doing so, and received a third PPT when I ascended.

Woahhhhh,,,

You dont get a PPT in ascended. The first ascention gives you some time protected, and additional ascentions give you no protection. There have been a few more have the APP problems as well. hope it gets sorted soon.

I thought it was determined lately that you do not get a PPT after two..oh well. My mistake there as well.

Stop with the Main PPT!!!!!

He's talking about Ascended Server PPT.

You only get PPT on the Ascended Server after your First Ascension.

Re: APP - I've never experienced a problem getting that.

I didn't care that much about the PPt on ascended as i did with my APP.
I sent admin a e-mail on the adress that Lore provided from a diffrent e-mail, not the one that my account is registered with. Do you think that could be a problem?

as long as you identified your self properly i dont see why it would be.

I have about 5 different e mail addresses i use so different games have different emails so if 1 is hacked no other will be compromises. Then all the forum acounts are tied to a different email then the ingame. I actively only use 1 for communication tho

Doubtful. If it did cause a problem then all you'd need to do is verify the details for them.
