Tokko can be a pain in the backside when against him but other than that what's the problem? People have massed for no reasons or whatever all the time. Not the first wont be the last, doesn't make him scary, just makes him a pain in the neck when it happens to you. Punch him back, wont stop him doing it again but you will feel better for doing so.

And yeah, its a game! A war one at that, I think it was Tokko I helped in massing when he massed some of ours in the Knights for seemingly no reason. Dunno I might be wrong. Either way Why not? what can he do mass you again.... Oh no! Boo hiss. lol. If he was going out of his way to mass tiny accounts and bragging about how big and bad he was then I might think there would be an issue but elsewise I hear people moaning about Tokko rather than Tokko talking himself up. He does what he does. When he does it to me I will hit him back or ignore him (the former rather than latter) until then, whatever have fun.
