There seems to be some confusion over the Replicator Racial Bonus.
I'm hearing from a lot of people that they seem to notice any bonus to their covert stats, which is supposed to be 35% according to information in-game.
Can this please be investigated, or can you please explain what is the actual bonus for Replicators?

There definately is a 35% bonus to raw Covert and Anti-Covert stats?

i believe it's to Everything Covert and Stats
ie
its' 135%( 5000 techs+2 cheaper techs ( 80-100)?) ( lvl 27) all times the number of spies or AC units.
