Noob Q about Taking a Commander

Noob Q about Taking a Commander

Ok i just started yestarday. I went to get myself a commander, cause my friends are playing...why can I not choose his name as a commander. It tells me that I am too young in the Universe. How long does this last. And why is it here? Thanks a ton.

its to stop multies and it last for a couple of days just play the game and wait
