yes it would be abused but it needs to to be used I like the special attacks during an alliance war idea maybe a attack multipliyer for the war agianst that alliance or a defence multiplier or covert just bonuses

I hate waiting for this crap, hurry up and decide how to use it or let alliance leaders use it as they see fit, as either a taxation system to buy upgrades or help members rebuilid after a war/skirmish/random massing, or come up with the damn upgrade already. Had this bank for months, and haven't been able to do a damn thing with it, its quite the annoyance to have something that you can't use.

well since its a "cost" associated with alliance protection, you may never get it,,,, but i agree with just removing the number if its not going to be used.

I think leave it, and allow access by the CO and 2IC, and also allow for a changing %. This would allow the alliance to choose an amount, which would be saved, and could be withdrawn to aid someone if they were massed

Sadly, doing this can and will be abused by most of the more powerful alliances to make a super player, or used in other ways to boost a person's stats to overcome opponents.

I really wish they did have a sarcasm tag sometimes, though I'll admit, it is hard to spot sarcasm in text
All in all, I think the changing of the % is the only part worth merit, because the rest is open for too much abuse

because the naq is untouchable presently

and admin stated that when the tax was started that he was leaning towards only allowing purchases of something with the naq, and planned to never allow ingame accounts to actually have access to it.

I think the release of the new Q wave and origins has had him tied up a bit

no matter how it is used, a smart player will figure out a way to abuse it. So release the update or cancel the bank entirely. I like I am Thor and Sarevok's suggestion.
