Can't Trade (again)

I have an open broker from someone. For some reason it says;

"You cannot trade with one who has shared your internet location, or with whom you or they have shared their account login."

I've never spoken to or exchanged anything with this person. I'm not sure if the previous owner had either. I acquired this account a few days ago. I assume they hadn't because I've had this has happened to me before, and it was resolved.

How do you set a broker, but you can't accept a broker?

I've had this happen to me before, the guy i was trying to broker lived in texas and i live in the uk, we both started are respected accounts from scratch and had never previously interacted yet we couldn't trade, weird, hope its sorted soon mate! ~Thamuz~

The logs indicate that these two accounts have indeed shared IPs in the past. I suspect that you two may have use a cell or other wireless device to login to SGW at some time.

I will grant you both IP exceptions which will solve this problem. Should take affect in about 5 mins from now.
