The guy was in mayhem, dropped off the roster at a convenient time (as per longstanding mayhem tradition in previous wars I`m told), was contacted atleast 2 times (once in september, the other in october) - before both sides closed the exit doors - to clarify his intent and arrange a formal exit; and failed to even respond appropriatly.
Guess he decided to gamble, too bad for him caprila helped keep records of it and 2 guys had time to burn on ascended. Maybe you ought to appologise yourself.

This person was not in mH when it would be considered a runner. It was _BlackHawk_ we booted for inactivity recently. He left a long long time ago.
