I would say they're for different age groups, so the older players are bound to vote Family Guy, and the younger ones the Simpsons.

Simpsons > Futurama > American Dad > rest.
Futurama pretty decent with Zoidberg Bender and Fry being funniest ones in it...but Simpsons have Homer. He's an EPIC ledgend!!
