Sorry for the constant bombardment with bugs, but i think i found another.

Bought 5th tear weapons, and they cost MORE then if i just bought the equivalent power in the one weaker.

e.g.

Trinium Based cells 80 7,600Naquadah
Neutronium Based cells 165 17,000Naquadah

so, for 168power worth of Trinium costs 15960,
but Neutronium costs 17,000

Same thing one level down

Titanium Based cells 45 4,400Naquadah
Trinium Based cells 80 7,600Naquadah

Where, 80/45 = 1.8 1.8*4400 = 7920


But the first upgrade is WELL worth it
Iron Based cells 10 2,000Naquadah
Carbon Based cells 20 2,600Naquadah
30% increase in cost, 100% increase in POWER

You have to consider the cost of units too.

For Trinium Based cells at 7,600 to equal a neutronium based cells at 17,000 you need to buy two of each. So for 800 defence action you need 160 strength. That's two defence units at 15,000 each, and two tier 4 defence at around 8,000 each for around 46,000 Naq. On the other hand you could buy 1 defence unit for 15,000 and 1 tier 5 defence at around 18,000 for a total of 33,000 naq.

Both these options net you 800 defence action, one does it for 13,000 less naq than the other.

Yeh, i did that math. Are you deliberately making it different to main in terms of that cost? As that's the way it is for main
