I cant ascend?!?

i ascended again finaly, hate having to start all over again. but i did not get my ascended realm character back... so basicly i lost everything, was supposed to get over 5 million ascension points but instead i got nothing at all, my ascended realm is still non existant and im a nanotimaster with nothing at all to show for it... this games pissing me off if no one can fix it now, im quitting, i spent over 500 american dollars on this game and im getting screwed around with. and im Canadian so to me its closer to 600 dollars.
