I talk in this color when the US joins every other industrialized nation on Earth and guarantees healthcare for all people.

Admin said it appeared to be an auto refresh glitch. Its been noted, but he saw no need for action since it did not seem to be intentional, or rather, could not be proven to be malicious. If it happens again, then I'm willing to bet Admin will act on it.
