Signature limits

There were a while back, but then when the rules were rewritten the sig rules were left out. It was later decided that since most everyone had decent sized sigs with maybe one or two annoying ones, that there was no need for a sig rule. But then some people had to come along and ruin it for everyone else.

Aah I didnt realise that one. In that case i'll use the bigger version of my sig

EDIT: there is a width limit of 500 pixels. It wont let me add a sig bigger than that.
