Page 1 of rankings by relations

This isn't hugely important but it is annoying. The first page on my rankings by relations is completely blank, its not until I go to the second page that the list starts. Anyone else have the same problem?

I heard a while back that it's people your set to war/peace that are on vacation mode. Don't know if its 100% accurate, but it makes sense.

The script works by taking the whole list of people you declared war on.
they get ordered by their rank (note: everyone on vac has rank 0, therefore on top of the list and hence take up the first page)
It only actually starts displaying those who have a rank other than 0

so you end up with the first 30 (the count of records per page) players who are on vac though and therefore don't get shown.
