reduction on expansion on ascended

my friend told me that production of planets is reduced at the 2 bil mark, and it increases with the amount of planets, i was wondering if there was a cap to how much it could be reduced, hes at 3bil and its already 59%, so with reductions like that, i dont see how people could get to 10bil planets

It doesnt stop, people get that high army sizes by having like 500mill+ CERs

Which is for the most people an insane amount, but then you've got something Note: often you're a (potential) top-100/200 player if you've got such a CER

But when you have 10.75billion planets you only grow at 8% of your CER. So I get about 43.5mill/day

Give it time, and you'll discover how steroid enhanced the compound interest is on ascended.
