Well Attack and defense solders make naq wouldnt covert agents make it too???

Well the Covert agents I talked to didn't want to pick up a shovels or pickaxes, they would rather spend their time in brothels and bars. Since they are trained to resist torture, there is not much that you can do to them to force them to work. Perhaps in time you'll find out where their families are.
