Wait a second... are you sure you aren't looking at the wrong side of the attack logs? Notice the strike power... and those targets are often below 800k army size, and I bet they cannot have such strikes! However, tell your officer to look for better targets... LOL... she barely gets the rep costs out of it if what I suspect is through...
However, if you WERE looking at the right ones... then there's a cheat for sure. One of those 'cool' guys has got 77k army, he can NEVER EVER have 33 bil strike what that size

So I assume that means you were looking at outgoing attacks for your officer? Also, said officer must've typed in, begins with, "cool" and then "god" in the attack page?
