Brokering before Ascension

I'm trying to broker some uu to my CO before I ascend. I keep getting this message.
"You fold to pressure from the galactic council in not providing this galaxy any more units since it has amassed so many that the galactic council considers it a threat to all galactic life to assist it to grow more. The maximum the council allows before stopping direct giving or trading of units is 216,164,384."

What the heck does this mean? Not even brokering anywhere close to that?

It means that your co army size is above the uu trade limit with is 216,164,384 If you are over the limit you cant buy or receve uu or even get broered for it

It means either your CO is too big at the moment (it's not the amount of UU that *you* are sending, but the armysize of your CO that matters), or that *with* your UU, your CO *will* be too big.

Find someone smaller to do the deal with, simple solution.



Or you could get your CO to lower his armysize by donating to the Save Universe fund.

Thanks guys, we straighened it out when one of my officers came online. I was able to broker it to him and get the ascension completed. Thanks again.
