There is the theory if you descend yourself and become daimon then choose to be a Tauri or whatever again then ascend again you go back to what ascention you were on but without an ascended account... It's just a theory though.

When you ascend again after being a Daimon you DO GET your old ascended account back.

just dont increase your life force, increase the power up which helps you recover your life force/reserves.

aslong as in 3hrs your recovering what you lost in the attack, you wont get descended ever. dont have to log in again
