Ta Ta for now

I am not quitting because I could never leave all of you whom I adore way more than I should :shock:

I am going to be away for a few months as I embrace a new place in my career.

I have recently acquired a new Chef position in a great Bistro in a beautiful winery on an amazing vineyard, that for the season is very demanding of my time, energy and attention.

I will miss you :( but...

This is my dream Job of a lifetime and I am thrilled ! :-D
